PULSE CELLULAR, INC.
Subscription Billing, Automatic Renewal, Cancellation & Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 14, 2026
1. Overview
Pulse Cellular, Inc. ("Pulse Cellular," "we," "our," or "us") provides prepaid wireless smartphone, SIM broadband, eSIM mobile internet, and related subscription services through participating wireless carrier networks.
This policy establishes the billing procedures, service renewal schedules, payment obligations, cancellation requirements, and general subscription conditions applicable to Pulse Cellular customers.
By purchasing or activating a Pulse Cellular subscription, customers agree to the applicable service terms, billing schedule, recurring payment authorization, and cancellation conditions disclosed during enrollment, subject to applicable law.
All Pulse Cellular service plans are prepaid. Customers pay in advance for each applicable service period, and continued service requires successful payment and renewal.
Individual service plans may have additional network-specific conditions, which will be disclosed where applicable.
2. Service Plan Billing Cycles
Pulse Cellular operates two primary billing structures depending on the service purchased.
A. Smartphone Service Plans — 30-Day Billing Cycle
All Pulse Cellular smartphone plans operate on recurring 30-day service periods.
-
Billing cycles begin on the service activation date or assigned renewal date.
-
Each paid service period provides 30 days of access.
-
Subscription payments recur every 30 days.
-
Included data allowances renew at the beginning of each new 30-day period.
-
Unused data does not roll over unless specifically included in the selected plan.
-
Renewal dates are not necessarily the same calendar day each month.
Example: A smartphone plan activated on October 10 will generally renew on November 9, followed by subsequent renewals every 30 days.
Smartphone subscriptions are not billed according to the first day of each calendar month unless a specific service arrangement expressly provides otherwise.
B. SIM Broadband & Mobile Internet Plans — Calendar-Month Billing
All Pulse Cellular SIM broadband and mobile internet plans operate on a calendar-month billing cycle.
-
Billing cycles run from the 1st through the final day of each calendar month.
-
All plans renew on the 1st of each month, regardless of activation date.
-
Customers receive their selected plan's full monthly data allowance upon activation.
-
Monthly data allowances reset on the 1st of every month upon successful renewal.
-
Unused monthly data expires at the end of each calendar month unless specifically stated otherwise.
-
Activation later in the month does not extend service into the following month.
Example: A customer activating a 100GB broadband plan on October 20 receives the full 100GB data allowance through October 31. On November 1, a new monthly service period begins, and the data allowance resets to 100GB following successful renewal.
The amount charged for the initial service period will be disclosed at purchase. Unless an offer specifically provides otherwise, charges are not prorated based on the activation date.
C. eSIM Mobile Internet Plans — Calendar-Month Billing
All Pulse Cellular eSIM mobile internet plans follow the same calendar-month billing schedule as SIM broadband services.
-
Service periods run from the 1st through the last day of each month.
-
All plans renew on the 1st of the month.
-
Customers receive the full selected monthly data allowance upon activation.
-
Data allowances reset on the 1st of every month upon successful renewal.
-
Unused data expires at the end of the calendar month unless the plan expressly provides otherwise.
-
Activation dates do not change or extend the established monthly billing cycle.
Example: A customer activating a 200GB eSIM mobile internet plan on October 25 receives the full 200GB allowance through October 31. On November 1, the plan renews, and a new 200GB allowance becomes available following successful payment and renewal.
Important: SIM broadband and eSIM mobile internet plans do not operate on 30-day billing cycles. Their data allowances and service periods reset on the first day of each calendar month regardless of when the customer initially activates service.
3. First-Month Data Plan Recommendations
Customers activating SIM broadband or eSIM mobile internet service later in the month may wish to consider selecting a lower-data plan for their initial service period.
Because these plans reset on the 1st of each month, purchasing a smaller data allowance for the initial partial month and upgrading to a higher-data plan for the following month may provide better value based on anticipated usage.
For example, customers activating near the end of the month who expect limited initial usage may benefit from selecting a smaller data allowance rather than purchasing a larger plan that they may not fully utilize before the monthly reset.
Customers may request an upgrade to a higher-data plan for a subsequent billing period, subject to plan availability, applicable pricing, and network processing requirements.
This recommendation is optional. Customers may select any available service plan that meets their needs.
All data allowances expire according to the applicable monthly billing schedule, and unused data is not carried forward unless the selected plan specifically provides otherwise.
4. Electronic Billing & Invoices
Pulse Cellular operates an electronic, paperless billing system.
All invoices, billing notifications, payment receipts, and applicable account notices are delivered electronically to the email address associated with the customer's account.
Invoices and recurring charges follow the billing schedule applicable to the selected service plan:
-
Smartphone Plans: Every 30 days.
-
SIM Broadband Plans: Calendar-month billing, renewing on the 1st.
-
eSIM Mobile Internet Plans: Calendar-month billing, renewing on the 1st.
Invoices may be generated in advance of the service renewal date to allow sufficient time for payment processing and network renewal.
All prepaid invoices are due by the payment date stated on the invoice.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and a valid payment method.
Failure to receive, open, or review an electronic invoice does not eliminate payment obligations arising from charges that were properly disclosed and authorized.
5. Automatic Renewal & Payment Authorization
Unless canceled, Pulse Cellular subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing schedule applicable to the customer's service plan.
Customers enrolling in automatic payments expressly authorize Pulse Cellular to charge the designated payment method for the disclosed recurring plan price, applicable taxes, authorized add-ons, and other properly disclosed recurring charges.
Recurring payments continue until the customer cancels the subscription or the service is otherwise terminated.
Any promotional or discounted pricing conditioned upon automatic payments requires the customer to maintain an eligible payment method and comply with the applicable promotional requirements.
Disabling automatic payments may result in the removal of an applicable autopay discount.
Disabling autopay or removing a payment method does not automatically cancel an active subscription or eliminate outstanding contractual obligations.
Pulse Cellular will communicate material changes to applicable recurring billing terms as required by law.
6. Cancellation Policy — Five Business Days' Advance Notice
Pulse Cellular requests that customers submit subscription cancellation requests at least five (5) business days before the next scheduled service renewal date.
This advance-notice period is necessary to coordinate cancellations with participating wireless carrier networks, which may require advance processing or financial commitment for upcoming service periods.
For purposes of this policy, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable Pulse Cellular-observed holidays.
The recommended cancellation deadline is determined by the customer's next scheduled service renewal date, not the date the customer receives or opens an invoice.
Cancellation Deadlines by Service Type
Smartphone Service Plans
Cancellation requests should be submitted at least five business days before the next scheduled 30-day renewal date.
SIM Broadband & Mobile Internet Plans
Cancellation requests should be submitted at least five business days before the next scheduled 1st-of-the-month renewal.
eSIM Mobile Internet Plans
Cancellation requests should be submitted at least five business days before the next scheduled 1st-of-the-month renewal.
Customers may request cancellation at any time using the cancellation methods made available by Pulse Cellular.
A request received less than five business days before renewal may not provide sufficient time to prevent a network renewal that has already been committed or processed.
The submission of a cancellation request will be acknowledged, and Pulse Cellular will confirm the applicable termination date.
Any renewal charge associated with a late cancellation must be consistent with the customer's accepted agreement, the actual status of the network renewal, and applicable law.
Pulse Cellular will not require customers to submit cancellation requests exclusively by telephone or impose unnecessary obstacles to cancellation.
7. Late Cancellations & Financial Responsibility
Participating carrier networks may require Pulse Cellular to purchase, authorize, or financially commit to an upcoming service period before that period begins.
Customers are encouraged to provide the required advance notice to help prevent these charges.
When a cancellation request is received after the advance-notice deadline, the following conditions may apply:
-
The carrier network may have already processed or committed the upcoming service renewal.
-
The next service period may already have been purchased or activated.
-
Charges associated with that renewal may be nonrefundable.
-
The customer may remain responsible for the properly disclosed and authorized cost of the committed service period, where permitted by law.
-
Cancellation will prevent subsequent renewals after the applicable effective termination date.
Important: Submission of a cancellation request after the five-business-day deadline does not automatically establish an obligation to purchase an additional service period.
Where the network renewal can still be prevented, Pulse Cellular will process the cancellation accordingly.
Where a renewal has already been contractually committed, Pulse Cellular will evaluate the applicable charges according to the customer's accepted plan terms, network processing status, and applicable law.
No additional renewal charges will be imposed after an effective cancellation unless those charges were previously authorized and remain legally payable.
8. Month-to-Month Service Plans
Pulse Cellular offers month-to-month subscriptions that automatically renew at the end of the applicable service period.
These plans generally do not carry a long-term service commitment.
Customers may cancel a month-to-month subscription at any time.
The effective termination date will be determined by the applicable billing period, customer request, network capabilities, and legal requirements.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle a customer to a prorated refund for an existing prepaid service period.
To help prevent an upcoming network renewal, customers should submit cancellation requests at least five business days before the next renewal date.
9. Six-Month Commitment Plans
Certain Pulse Cellular services may offer discounted pricing or other benefits in exchange for a six-month minimum service commitment.
Customers enrolling in these plans agree to the specific minimum commitment and financial obligations disclosed during enrollment.
The applicable agreement will identify:
-
The minimum service commitment.
-
The recurring subscription price.
-
The applicable billing frequency.
-
Any early termination conditions.
-
Any applicable early termination charges.
-
The renewal structure following completion of the initial commitment.
Cancellation of a six-month commitment plan before completion of the minimum term may result in additional payment obligations, but only to the extent expressly disclosed in the customer's accepted plan agreement and permitted by applicable law.
Any applicable early termination charge must be separately established in the plan agreement and will not be imposed solely by virtue of this general policy.
Unless otherwise specified, completion of the initial six-month commitment does not automatically terminate service. The plan will continue under the disclosed renewal terms until canceled.
10. Failed Payments, Past-Due Balances & Service Interruptions
All Pulse Cellular service plans are prepaid and require successful payment to maintain service.
If payment is declined, rejected, or otherwise unsuccessful, Pulse Cellular may:
-
Notify the customer that payment was unsuccessful.
-
Attempt to process an authorized payment again.
-
Require the customer to update their payment method.
-
Suspend or restrict service.
-
Discontinue service for nonpayment, consistent with applicable terms and legal requirements.
Failure to make payment does not constitute a formal cancellation request.
Customers remain responsible for properly authorized outstanding balances and contractual obligations incurred before termination.
Pulse Cellular is not responsible for service interruptions resulting from unsuccessful payments or expired payment credentials, except where otherwise required by law.
11. Service Pauses & Temporary Suspensions
Most Pulse Cellular smartphone, SIM broadband, and eSIM mobile internet subscriptions cannot be temporarily paused or placed on billing hold.
Participating networks generally require continuous service renewal to maintain active subscriptions.
Customers who no longer require service should submit a cancellation request rather than discontinuing payment or leaving a service line unused.
Turning off a device, removing a SIM card, disabling an eSIM, or discontinuing use of a service does not automatically cancel the subscription.
Service cancellations and subsequent reactivations may affect network availability, promotional pricing, assigned telephone numbers, and applicable activation requirements.
Temporary suspension options are available only if specifically offered under the selected plan.
12. Plan Changes, Upgrades & Downgrades
Customers may request changes to their service plans, subject to the availability of compatible plans and participating network requirements.
Plan changes may include upgrades, downgrades, or changes in monthly data allowances.
Requested changes may take effect immediately or at the beginning of the next applicable billing period, depending on network processing requirements.
Any additional charges, revised recurring rates, or changes to the effective billing period will be disclosed before a chargeable plan change is completed.
Unless specifically provided, plan changes do not create retroactive credits or refunds for unused data or previously purchased service periods.
Requests for changes to SIM broadband and eSIM mobile internet plans should be submitted sufficiently in advance of the 1st of the month to allow processing for the upcoming service period.
13. Data Allowances, Expiration & Network Availability
Monthly high-speed data allowances are governed by the selected service plan and its applicable renewal schedule.
For smartphone plans, data allowances renew with the corresponding 30-day service period.
For SIM broadband and eSIM mobile internet plans, data allowances reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
Unused data expires at the end of the applicable billing period unless the selected plan expressly includes data rollover.
Reaching a plan's high-speed data limit may result in reduced speeds, restricted data access, additional authorized charges, or other plan-specific network management measures, depending on the service purchased.
Service speeds, coverage, availability, and performance may vary due to network conditions, device compatibility, location, congestion, and participating carrier policies.
14. Refunds, Credits & Billing Disputes
Pulse Cellular subscriptions are prepaid, and the applicable service period may be purchased or activated through a third-party carrier network.
As a general policy, payments for service periods already activated or purchased are nonrefundable, except as required by law or otherwise provided in the applicable service agreement.
Partial-period refunds, prorated credits, and refunds for unused data are not ordinarily available.
Customers who believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized should contact Pulse Cellular customer support promptly.
Pulse Cellular will review disputed charges using available billing records, payment authorization records, account activity, and network renewal information.
Nothing in this policy restricts customers' legal rights to dispute unauthorized charges or receive refunds and credits required by applicable law.
15. Service Cancellation Confirmation
Upon receipt of a cancellation request, Pulse Cellular will provide an electronic acknowledgment to the customer.
The confirmation will identify, as applicable:
-
The service subscription or line affected.
-
The date the cancellation request was received.
-
The effective termination date.
-
Whether an already authorized renewal remains pending or has been processed.
-
Any outstanding authorized charges or commitment-related obligations.
Customers should retain their cancellation confirmation for their records.
Where cancellation is effective immediately, future recurring subscription charges will cease, except for valid previously authorized obligations.
16. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
-
Reviewing their selected service plan and applicable billing schedule.
-
Maintaining accurate contact and payment information.
-
Understanding the recurring renewal date for their subscription.
-
Reviewing the applicable cancellation conditions.
-
Submitting cancellation requests when service is no longer required.
-
Maintaining compatible devices and complying with the applicable network's acceptable-use requirements.
-
Paying charges that were properly disclosed, authorized, and incurred under their subscription agreement.
Customers should not assume that discontinuing service usage, disabling equipment, or removing a payment method automatically cancels a subscription.
17. Changes to Billing Policies & Network Terms
Pulse Cellular may update its billing procedures, service terms, payment requirements, or network-specific operating conditions in response to changes in carrier agreements, network availability, business operations, or applicable legal requirements.
Material changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance where required by law.
Updated terms will not retroactively create unauthorized financial obligations.
Customers will be informed of any required action relating to their active service subscriptions.
18. Customer Support & Billing Assistance
Customers requiring assistance with invoices, payments, plan changes, renewals, or cancellations may contact Pulse Cellular through the support and account management channels made available on our website.
Website: www.pulsecellular.com
Customer Account: Access your Pulse Cellular account through the customer portal available on our website.
Customers may use the available cancellation methods identified in their account or subscription communications. Pulse Cellular will provide any additional cancellation methods required by applicable law.
19. Policy Acknowledgment & Agreement
By purchasing and activating a Pulse Cellular subscription, customers acknowledge that:
-
Pulse Cellular subscription services are prepaid.
-
Smartphone plans generally operate on 30-day billing cycles.
-
SIM broadband and eSIM mobile internet plans operate on calendar-month billing cycles.
-
Calendar-month broadband and eSIM data allowances reset on the 1st of each month, regardless of activation date.
-
Subscriptions automatically renew according to their applicable billing schedule unless canceled.
-
Five business days' advance cancellation notice is requested to avoid network renewal commitments.
-
Already purchased or activated service periods may be nonrefundable, subject to applicable law.
-
Any six-month commitment or early termination charges must be separately disclosed and accepted.
-
Customers may submit cancellation requests using the available cancellation methods.
-
Customers authorize only those recurring charges and other payment obligations expressly disclosed and accepted during enrollment.
This policy supplements the customer's selected service plan agreement and any applicable acceptable-use, privacy, and network-specific terms.
In the event of a conflict with applicable law, the requirements of applicable law will control.
