All Pulse Cellular Wireless Plans Require SIM Cards & Have One Time Activation Fee:

SIM Cards & Activations - There is a one time activation fee of $25 per line up to the first 2 lines.  3 lines or more are charged $25 for the first two lines and any additional lines are reduced to $10 per line.  This is a one time activation fee that includes the cost of required $10 SIM Card.  All Pulse Cellular wireless plan activations require Pulse Cellular SIM cards.

Our premium wireless plan offerings are supported by the T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint & Verizon Networks. You just pick the plan and network that works best for you and we give you access with premium priority plans, national coverage and no overage fees. Pulse Cellular - Subscription Service Billing Cycle and Terms of Use.

All billing invoices are electronically sent on the 1st of every month or 30 day billing cycle depending on the service plan.   Invoices are pre-paid and due immediately once issued in order to properly renew plans as needed or 30 days from start of your account depending on the service plan and carrier network terms.    All billing is electronic (paperless)  and all invoices are sent directly to the account owners email on file which is payable through a credit card or credit/debit cards.   Any authorized discounts applied to your service account require autopay functions enabled in order to maintain any applied discount.

Cancellations:  Any LTE service plan subscription cancellations MUST be entered into our system 5 business days prior to your next account billing cycle invoice.  It's important for us to process any cancellations before the next billing cycle of your subscription in order to not roll-over into the following month.   This cancellation requirement applies to both 6  Month Commitment and Month to Month plan options.  Full payment for the following month becomes due once the invoice is issued.  All invoices sent through email are due immediately upon receipt and must be set to autopay in order to properly renew service each monthly cycle.   

Example:  If your next bill payment invoice is scheduled on the 6th of the month, you must cancel service 5 business days prior to allow time for us to cancel your plan with the network prior to renewing for the following month. This allows us the time to cancel service prior to the next billing cycle otherwise the carrier network will charge for an entire month which becomes the bill due to Pulse Cellular customers even if service is no longer needed.  

Service plans cannot be paused or halted and billing cannot be temporally suspended as all service plans require monthly renewals with the networks requiring payments to be  made on time to avoid any disruptions in service and/or to prevent unintended service plan cancelations.
